About the one I'm looking for...
I know this sounds like I am looking for a puppy but I look for honesty, loyalty, and the willingness to be an excellent companion. Yes looks matter, as well as a positive outlook on life, and a mutual interest in a long term relationship.
I hate being negative, but based on a recent experience, please provide a current pic showing your short gray hair or lack of hair, not an old one showing yourself with a full head of hair. Represent yourself as you are now. If we set a time to meet, please don't show up an hour early, as I have things to do in that hour, such as get dressed. If we go for a bike ride, please ride with me so that we can chat and share the surroundings, please don't take off ahead of me so that I am wishing that I had brought along my Walkman. For me, a first meeting is for checking each other's brains and looks out, and not for getting laid.

Although I am somewhat of a homebody, I do enjoy travel, cycling, and just being outdoors. I prefer heat to cold! Kids, cats, dogs are cool too, and I am still a rocker.
