I'm always up for a good time. Don't drink but don't mind if you do. As long as it is in moderation. I don't judge, but don't want all those problems that come along with a heavy drinker. I've had some trouble meeting the right guy in Anchorage. Don't go to the bars - haven't for years. Love to fish, garden, listen to good music, cook and eat great meals.... I'm retired from a military career, both active duty and civil service. I taught school briefly and had other jobs. I keep busy with home projects, outdoor adventures, grand kids, and some community service. I'm a traditional guy who very much believes in God, family, and America. Many things interest me, maybe too many. On the lighter side, I like a fun woman who shares at least some of my interests. She's probably already an Alaskan; wannabes need to see it first hand. It's not for everybody. I have alot of adventure left in me and hope to float the upper Yukon this summer.

I thank God for my health and that of my children and grandchildren. I pray my son survives another deployment to Afganistan.

I own and operate a seasonal tour business in the summer and substitute teach in the winter. I love little kids and tourists. I love Alaska and have lived here 30 yrs. The wildlife and beauty are amazing.

I am 64 years of age. I live in Valdez, Alaska and plan to keep my home here until my plans to retire are formulated. I have 3 children ranging in ages from 32 to 40. My son and his family live in Valdez and my two daughters and their families live in Washington state. I have 6 grandchildren ranging in ages from 6 months to 15. I retired in 2009 and moved to Alaska in 2012. I love the cool weather compared to the sweltering heat of south Louisiana. I am a fun loving, huggy, kissy, girl. I like to fish, travel near and far, ride motorcycles, 4-wheelers, etc. I am a girlie girl with tomboy tendencies. I would someday like to take a trip in an RV.I love animals and miss the ones I could not bring with me. I like to swim, read, do crafts, dance, go to the movies and dining out.
